“Property is older and could use a revamp. Rust on bathroom doorframe. Towels, bed and room general condition clean.”

“The bed was not comfortable.”

“Bed was really comfortable. Floor needed a good vacuum as there were dead bugs in most corners and by the bed and couch. At least, for what we saw, there weren't any bugs alive, just dead ones. Everything else seemed clean.”

“It was well taken care of the people were alright could have had a better outcome to what happen my husband use the microwave and it coused it to catch fire because of a faulty switch we were asked to leave because of the fire that was caused by the poorly maintained microwave and we told them about the microwave but they still wanted us to leave even though it was because of the microwave knob old microwave and it cost a fire will not ever stay in a Comfort Inn again”

“Hotel was ran down. Room smelled like mold. Bath tub was filthy. Carpet was stained and dirty and the bed comforter had a cigarette burn in it. Pillow cases looked old and dirty. Would never stay there again! They also put us in a handicap room which was weird because we are both tall and everything in the room was made low for handicap patrons. Neither of us are handicapped.”

“Room clean, couple of ants, no problem with us, convenient very much lack of breakfast, but who knows how many were ahead of us.. Will stay again..”

“A really nice man, I believe the owner, checked me in. I didn’t see any staff after that. It was quiet and convenient for my stay on my Friends and Family Tour ‘26. I wasn’t expecting the Taj Mahal but I was pleasantly surprised at the comfortable bed and the clean room. A bonus, there’s a great coffee shop called Mia’s in Shelbina. It’s in the grocery store with a drive up.”

“After check in, was in my room for two hours and had a cockroach on my drink. Turned on my phone flashlight and checked and they were all over!! Babies, mid sized and full sized ALL over the room and the walls by the baseboard! I slept in my car. DO NOT BOOK HERE- YUCK YUCK YUCK”
