“After a couple days of driving being able to get in some deep water exercises help relieve some of my leg pains. The room was clean and the people very nice. Due to proximity to road there was quite a bit of vehicle noise. I would stop here again.”

“My room was large and peaceful and I had a gorgeous sunrise view. The Pool was pristine and my favorite place to be. Beautiful setup with comfy lounge chairs, fresh towels, excellent service with a fun drink and delicious food menu. The bed was comfy and cozy and the linens were crisp. I was close to an elevator and never heard a thing. The only thing I wished they had in the room was a microwave to reheat coffee and/or food. I will def be back. ”

I requested a “quiet room,” was happily gvn one- Great parking, nice a bar/lounge w/ 3 hr weekend music sets (NOT so loud as to disturb guests), lots a othr people, frm outdoors lovers, international guests, artist of all sorts, & business people. “We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...

“this is the second time we stayed at this property, excellent ballet service front desk customer service is awesome! the rooms are very spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable great variety of TV channels. It has a small refrigerator but does not have a microwave! would be nice if the rooms had a microwave otherwise you have to go downstairs and use the microwave in the lobby.. kind of tacky! for a really nice hotel resort like this! ”
