“The property was okay. The hotel advertises”free” parking but on a first come, first serve basis. The parking lot was extremely tiny so very few people could park for free. They offered a discount of 50% in the parking garage 2 blocks away. It was not convenient and not free, as advertised. They also advertised a bar/longe on premises but we were told the bartender quit and it was temporarily closed. It looked like no one had been in that space for quite a long time. I don’t mind paying extra...

“Jason at the front desk was great. He was so professional and resolved most of my complains. I am regretful that he is the only good point of this hotel. As mentioned in the other reviews, you should remember this is an old hotel. Moreover, there was a false fire alarm on 7 am so everybody including senior and the handicapped was evacuated, and to my surprise, a front desk staff said "UNFORTUNATELY there's no fire." She also provided no information, or even false direction to the guests. This...

“I would like to start by saving the front desk was exceptional. But- we did not get the room we booked. We were put in a handicapped roll in shower room. When we got in the room we noticed the phone didn't work. Our view was the parking lot. Front desk said they were double booked because of a wedding party checking in. The shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot. Had to plav with handle a bit to get it adiusted. We reserved this hotel because it showed a beautiful pool. It was supposed...
