"Overall, Hotel LuLu is an excellent find. The location was perfect. Our rooms were large, clean and comfortable. We were traveling with adult children and our request for rooms to near or be near or in close proximity to each other was honored. It did take several message requests through Hotels.com to get a simple question answered, but it was finally taken care of. My number one pet peeve with any hotel (and I travel frequently) is not having enough towels. Most people use 2 bath towels per shower, yet most hotels only provide 3 per room. Hotel LuLu had 4 large, fluffy bath towels, along with plenty of face towels and wash cloths. This alone deserves 5 stars in my opinion :) However, for this being such a nice hotel and being labeled as "Premier" the fancy appearing hot water kettle and INSTANT coffee with powdered creamer didn't suffice. PLEASE add in-room brewing ability and upgrade the condiments for coffee. We didn't use the restaurant, but it appeared to be more of a ghost kitchen. The free cocktail in the evening was heavenly. The pool was perfect in size and water temperature. The poolside bar was excellent. We will definitely stay here on our next Disney adventure."
