“I stayed four nights. I didn't really use the facilities or the breakfast so I can't comment on them. The only fault was the desk chair arm was cracked underneath and it was a little... "uneven" when you leaned back. It worked fine and I used it quite a bit. Whoever took care of my room did an excellent job, the two staff people were very nice and the bed was very comfortable! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the West Bend AmericInn to others and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thanks...

“The rooms were quite nice, I was disappointed that the restaurant," Moolight Tavern" , in the hotel, was not open on Sunday and Monday. The lounge area where we ate breakfast was welcoming and fully stocked with excellent breakfast food. Hopefully they will complete their paln to build an elevator.”

“We have been staying here for years. Always our first choice. Occasional new staff member since the last visit. Sometimes the arent the greatest. There is a skinny reddish hair man who likes to charge for water when in fact every other staff member has given it complementary. Other than that a breakfast lady who appears to dislike her job. This will still be our top choice ”
