"Very special place 30 or so minutes outside of Kandy, near Wattegama. A few individual cabin-esque rooms (with en-suite) around a cute courtyard of natural spring pool, pond, hammocks etc. Very attentative hosts who really demonstrate Sri Lankan hospitality at its best. The walk around the spice garden and local village was so interesting. Such a unique bonus to make this more of an experience than just a bed for the night. "Our room was spotless! Bed is firm, food was appealing however the hamburger caused gastro problems, majorly. Talked to 2other people with similar issues. We ate there the whole time and the last night was beautiful. The staff is above and beyond. The location is away from the street noise and everything else. Gorgeous views, monkeys and fruit bats too"
