“This property was so over priced, the room floor was dirty needed to be swept and mopped, the bed only had a sheet and a thin bed spread no blanket, we went out and bought a blanket to use. The bed was actually really comfortable the best feature in the room, they are doing renovations but they are not the best craftsmanship. Have stayed in places that I did not pay a lot for that were outdated but was very clean, this was expensive and not clean, towels smelled clean but had stains on them. I...

“While I was in the room downstairs the front desk was complaining and I even heard a curse word”

“The room was tiny. The water pressure was low. The toilet holder was ripped out the wall . I reported this the first day(we stayed 4 nights) and when we left it was still dangling from the wall. The front desk staff didn’t want to be bothered and the valet staff didn’t speak English. I expected a lot more from a Kimpton.”

“Everyone, as in the past as well, was/is accommodating and very helpful. Keep it up, gets better every year (an annual stop)”
