"My room was not made up so after several phone calls they switched me to another room. My only issue was that they directed me to an unsecured closet with keys to every room in an unsecured key box. Very unsafe anyone could have accessed it and have access to any room. Also not able to communicate well in English "

"Hotel Suisse is a solid choice, especially for its unbeatable location—right in the heart of town by the main station with plenty of dining options just a short stroll away. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. It delivers exactly what you need for a pleasant stay. "Nice lobby with lots of seating, good breakfast, comfortable room. Quick and easy shuttle from airport (although check the times as it’s not all day long). Short walk to the tram which took us to downtown and to CERN easily or wherever else we needed to go. Easy to get to train station and bus station too. And it’s free when you stay at a Geneva hotel! Some great restaurants close by (We liked Chalet Suisse) as well as a couple convenience stores."
