"Nach einer unfreundlichen Begrüßung wurden wir aus dem Hotel raus in ein Nebengebäude geführt. Dort war es alt, stickig und es roch muffig. In dem Haupthaus war alles ausgebucht, weswegen wir in der absteige gelandet sind. Zentrumsnah bedeutet natürlich nicht ruhig, aber das die Bewohner des Hauses sich nachts anschreien und die Eingangstüre quietscht war dann trotzdem zu viel des Guten. Auftretende Probleme wie dass Hotels.com,über die wir gebucht haben, die Info nicht ans Hotel weitergegeben haben, wurden schnell, unbürokratisch und im Sinne des Gastes gelöst. Das war absolut vorbildlich. Auch im Restaurant lief es genauso gut. Ich kann die Anlage nur empfehlen, Hotels.com hingegen absolut nicht"
