“I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is very kind and helpful, the room is clean and spacious. I especially enjoyed the room with the balcony overlooking the lake as well as the breakfast. It was fun to hike around and visit the lake!”

“I went during the week, so the casino was relatively quiet. The room was clean and quiet, and I loved the waterfall showerhead. The room lights were switch and motion-sensor, but the sensor must have been turned because sometimes the lights just went out. There were reading lights on both sides of the bed, but either I couldn't operate them or there were no batteries. There was a mini fridge and a coffee machine, but no microwave. I really liked the room, but a microwave would have been ideal....

“The cabins are so comfortable and welcoming! The location of Single Island Shores is perfect for visiting wineries and going into Watkins Glen for dinner! Everything is very close and easy to get to from here.”

“I had reserved 1 month ahead of my trip and when I arrived they said all king beds were already taken! How frustrating after driving 5 hours, and on top of that once he gave us another room, he over charged us by double the amount!! Thankfully in the morning another staff was there to take care of us and fixed the issue for us! The remaining of our stay was excellent 😁”

“While the staff was very helpful and thing were clean, one of the queen beds had a poor mattress with a groove from a single sleeper on one side. They do not have either a refrigerator or a microwave in their rooms and no chair with ottoman.”

“The desk attendant Lisa was fantastic. After getting to our room, we wanted a luggage stand. She had just sent us a text to ask if we needed anything, so I texted her our request and she brought it up. The first day breakfast hot food selections were barely warm and was almost empty, I didn't bring it to the attention of staff. I just got something else. Later, I noticed that new trays of hot food came out. I think they should have removed the food items that were not hot enough and left...

“This was our first stay at a bed and breakfast and it was amazing. The staff was really friendly. The home was amazing. Close to everything you wanna do and the breakfast was delicious i would recommend staying here to everyone who is interested in going to a bed and breakfast in the area.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was under renovations which we did not know until we were checking in - not a huge deal but would have been nice to know beforehand. The breakfast was decent. The location was wonderful- walking distance to downtown, local parks and the lake.”

“The resort was situated directly on the lake, beautiful views! The owner/staff was incredibly accommodating. Breakfast served daily was prepared on the premises, individually for each person. Incredible meals! B&B located close to vineyards, restaurants, shops. Our kitchen, living space, bedroom and bath was quite spacious! Room was a bit noisy from neighbors but that is the nature of a bed and breakfast being a large home. The owner did offer to move us as well.”

“Acceptable place to sleep. Close to Del Lago. Internet was practically non existent and ATT phone service was poor. Remodeling. Would not stay again ”
