“무료 아침 식사를 제공하면 더 좋을것 같네요”

“The hotel was lovely! The Lobby was welcoming , the check in clerk was very friendly, and it was easy to get to the room. Elevator access is with room key only, so that was nice! The room was beautiful! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and very well appointed. There is a makeup table in the room, coffee station, and refrigerator. There is no valet service for parking. The casino was nice, but not as well kept as the hotel. We had dinner at Portico, the high end restaurant. THAT...

“Absolutely beautiful stay!! The views by the lake unbelievable!! Definitely coming back next fall. The foliage this time of year in the Appalachian mountains is something everyone should experience for sure. Accommodations well done!!”

“Staff was nice but place needs an upkeep and to inform guests. Bar area and restaurant were closed to renovations. Never saw anyone working and we were not notified prior to.”

“The air conditioning HVAC system is very loud when it kicks on. It makes a loud noise. Also, the bathrooms could use a refreshment, not necessarily a total makeover, but some improvements to refresh. Also, no coffee maker in the room by coffee is available in the lobby. “Safe, Quiet, service etc, I'm very satisfied”

“미국의 시골 풍경을 가족과 함께 즐길수 있었고 조용합니다. 식당가에는 걸어가기엔 너무 멀고, 차로 가기에는 멀지 않습니다. 4명 가족이 머물기에 침대도 충분히 크고 숙소는 청결했습니다. 수압이 좀 낮아서 아쉬웠지만 전반적으로 좋았습니다.”

“The room was very cozy Overall size was small but cute. I don’t like a province style but it would be a good option for young girls”

“이번 미국여행중 가장친절했던 직원들. 모두가 한결같다.”

“it was a nice place, quiet and good scenary”

“Very friendly; loved that there was always cold pitchers of water in the downstairs fridge. Breakfast was good”

“I was satisfied with my stay there”
