“It was a nice property. The staff was wonderful. There was a mix-up with my reservation but they made it right. It is a bit isolated, and there was so much seaweed on the beach it couldn't be used. That is seasonal and not the resort 's fault.”

“Our room was conveniently located near the store, restaurants, pools, and beaches with a beautiful balcony view of Simpson Bay. The staff was generally friendly and attentive especially at the Coco Beach bar…shout out to Maelyn (not sure on spelling) who made sure we had a great time. The breakfast buffet was well maintained with a generous variety of food options to choose from. “The place is decent to stay if you’re a solo traveler or if you feel like you’ll spend more time out of your room than in it. I took cold showers the entire time I was there, which I was not fond of. I let the staff know that the hot water wasn’t working but I guess it was out of their control because nothing was done to accommodate me. All in all, I would rate it a 3/5. It was decent for the price outside of not having hot water be available.”
