“Nice clean property. No breakfast though. No air-conditioning so we didn’t need it. There was a fan. Nice hot water. It was extremely expensive for not having breakfast. Over $500 for two nights.”

“Room was excellent. It seemed new or nearly new. Bathroom was very clean. It has a kitchen, which was also very clean. Loved the comfortable mattress, but I like fluffy, pillow top soft mattresses. For a remote place in Alaska, this hotel is probably the cleanest and best I have personally experienced at this price point. Airport shuttle provides free ride. Two-three blocks to tour busses at Harrigan Centennial Hall. Hotel has no restaurant. Highlander coffee shop is updated, clean and modern...

“Friendly but it was not what it showed in the photos”

“The hotel may have rebranded to the Southeast Resort, but it is an old hotel. The refrigerator shell was broken. The room just looked tired. The elevator was extremely slow. The bathtub wasn't really clean and there was someone else's long hair clinging to the shower curtain, yuck. On the positive side the bed was quite comfortable, and the hotel location is right by downtown and close to tourist areas.”

“Owner very helpful and knowledgeable about local sites and places to see offered to take us anywhere and call her. She pick us up one of a kind.”
