“They were super helpful with picking us up from the ferry station, which was great because we had a lot of luggage! The place is beautifully Alaska and has amazing views from the deck!”

“This is a hotel oriented towards nightlife rather than, you know, sleeping or resting. They have loud shows at the attached bar, the clientele was loud, and the alcohol store across the street is very rowdy with a lot of yelling and very loud conversations. We discovered this after we arrived, when we mentioned that we wouldn't be able to rest with all the noise the staff did not provide a refund and we had to find another (not cheap) hotel. The building itself is a pretty neat historic building...

“For Alaska this is acceptable. Overall the staff was nice and helpful, room was clean and was convenient location. My experience is there are few options and was better to be in the city than by the hotel.”
