“everything was very nice.”

“Was advised that I would be met at airport and no one there until I called again and waited an extra 30 minutes. Unreliable! On arrival at the hotel, our room was not ready, when check in was expected by 3 pm. We did not get a room until 4:30 and at that point put us in a room in a lower level with lesser views. “Housekeeping was incredible and the villas are beyond spacious. Unfortunately the gym was the opposite - it was outdated, neglected and it is so small that only one person can be comfortably lifting weights at a time. I enjoyed having both the option of a full kitchen in my unit and the onsite restaurant, which I ate at twice and enjoyed. The beach is clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. ”

“Ideally located to many restaurants, activities and Timothy Hill Beach. Service from staff is exceptional. Accommodation is comfortable however the infrastructure is a bit dated and when there is sargassum on the beach, the smell is overwhelming. We had a garden room so only affected by it when we went to the pool closer to the sea. ”

“The ocean view room as clearly advertised when booking wasn’t provided to us upon arrival, and the management was quite unprofessional and slow in handling the matter, they eventually moved us to an ocean view room (also our room didn’t have proper hot water - becomes cold after a min of running- and pool deck wasn’t sanded/treated and each of us got numerous splinters from it), but the way they handled it took away from the experience, as well as them charging us for the services that were...

“We had a room at the front of the hotel overlooking he street. The street is particularly noisy on Friday and Saturday evenings with much loud music. The room was once of a high spec and is still ok for a short stay. Our bed sheets did not look clean.”

“The owners and staff were awesome. They took time to get to know us and were so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. They gave us info about how to get around and offered to organize things for us. The property was unique and the individual cottages were amazing. Be aware though, there’s no AC. It didn’t bother us but might be a deal breaker for some. We will absolutely be back! ”

“The room was clean and spacious. Has an iron board but no iron, guess you can ask for. Lady on reception was very nice. Staff on restaurant and food are great with lovely view. Internet sometimes goes a bit lower but did the job. Tv is good aircon good. For the price point it is a great stay. ”
