“Staff were very helpful but team weee over run when golfing group arrived and dinner service was slow and confused. It was not clear about the additional charges for the spa, or the large range of prices offered depending on time of day. “A lovely hotel and spa. Nice swimming pool, sauna and gym. Good breakfast. Nice friendly staff. Excellent location. My only disappointment was the room was a bit tired and only 2 sockets which were on the opposite wall to the bed. Also the kettle had to sit on the floor because the cable wasn’t long enough to have on the table. Also would have been nice to have some decaf teabags. Small problems really but just observations.”
