"I have stayed at this hotel several times for business trips. As always, I find the location, safety, and environment to be excellent, especially the value for money. However, I occasionally find the cleanliness of the electric kettle in the hotel room to be somewhat lacking. While it is not a major issue since I can boil water for disinfection, improving this aspect would make it a perfect 10 out of 10."

"The room was large and the interior was pleasant. It was close to Heathrow Airport. However, the unfortunate thing was that the smell of e-cigarettes didn't go out because of the lack of indoor ventilation, and there was a moth in the room.I'm really flabbergasted. There were three of them"

"히드로 공항과 바로 연결되어 있는 호텔로 늦은 비행기로 도착한 경우 유용한 호텔입니다. 관내는 모두 금연이며, 흡연은 1층 정문을 나가면 우측에 흡연장이 있습니다. 조식은 괜찮은 편이지만, 그 외에 편의시설은 없습니다. 딱 공항 호텔의 느낌입니다."

"침구류가 편해서 좋았고 조식도 만족스러웠습니다. 교통편은 Hoppa 버스로 공항까지 이동 후 지하철을 이용하였는데 불편하지 않았습니다. 직원들은 여자분들만 친절하신것 같아요~"
