“The room was very large with was nice. Unfortunately, the doors made a lot of noise when they closed. People above us woke up with stomping on the floor. The Wifi was not up to what we have experienced before. We've never had to download an app to get wifi and our amazon stick with all out programs always worked, but it didn't here. When technology improving everyday, even airplanes are sometimes asking us to bring out own tablet to watch tv. On the other hand, the staff did come up to help me...

“Great location. Walkable to stores and eateries. Room was spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was stocked well and had a variety of choices for being continental. Staff was friendly and professional. ”

“This facility is an older building that has been relatively well maintained. All appliances functioned although the refrigerator was old and ran continuously. City water has a mild sulpher taste and guests are offered bottled water for drinking. We didn't try the morning breakfast, but went to a really nice coffee shop a block away. Bed was comfortable and there were bedside tables with reading lamps. For a small, rural town, this is a decent place to stay. ”

“A good stopover for birders! After our fun birding day, we wanted a simpler stay for our 3rd night of our Northern Migration, and this was a "just right" nice find. It's exactly as promised: nice clean room with comfortable king bed and pillows. Reception was professional and pleasant. Other guests were respectful and pleasant. The next morning I had a nice chat with the owner's wife, talking of all they had done to keep the place clean and in working order, even to keeping the back windows...

“Place inside was very cute. It had some amenities that i was told i needed to bring myself. Pink mold around inside of door trim and shower head. Bed frames did not fit the mattress. Other than that the stay was good. Oh, was not inform asw to where to leave the key if nobody was in the office. If check out is at 11am someone should be there or have a a knowing place on or around the office door to leave the key. Would not was to leave the key somewhere and have someone trash the place.”

“I reserved two rooms from Yuba City inn and they were unavailable when I got there. The staff stated they don’t sell rooms online on Expedia. ”

“The hotel room was filthy. The smell of cigarette smoke was not bearable. The hotel was in poor repair. A disgusting place. We did not stay but booked a different hotel. I feel if a hotel was listed as smoke free, it should have been just that. I would like to receive a refund.”

“Everything was great stayed here so my daughter and her two besties could enjoy the pool. Worked out great only thing is it takes a long time to refund the deposit. ”
