“Our two day stay was excellent. The staff was amazingly friendly. The amenities were upscale and perfect to have a rooftop lounge, restaurant and another lounge on the main floor with three TV screens. Watching Sunday Night football was a delight with a charcuterie board and cocktails. Highly recommend”

“Excellent customer service so February friendly!”

“Very good all around.”

“Very clean, comfortable bed.”

“Staff were nice and Hotel well maintained”

“good”

“Everything was good, but I was not thrilled with the bedding. They didn't have actual blankets. They got quite cold even without the AC going and was not a comfortable night. They need better blankets.”

“오래된 느낌이 물씬 나는 호텔. 관리는 잘 되는 편. 직원들 매우 친절. 하지만 엘리베이터가 없어서 불편. ”

“객실이 넓고 편합니다 고속도로 접근성 좋음 수영장 좋음”

“My mom and I really enjoyed our weekend here at the village. It was so scenic and picturesque and we really enjoyed our breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. It was a perfect distance to Lassen national Park and I can definitely see us coming back. The late check-in instructions were incredibly simple to follow, I would recommend any future guest screenshot their check instructions as there is no Wi-Fi within the rooms.”
