“Could not swim in the sea because of the sargassam seaweed which also brought a smell to the vicinity. Main pool opened at 8am so could not get 8n an early morning swim. Breakfast was limited to mostly local cuisine such as salt fish. Egg station was good and offered options. Cereal was limited to oats. Fruits was limited to a selection of 2 fruits. Upper walkway to room was closed due to erosion.”

“The resort is outdated and in need for major upgrades and maintenance. The walkways to the rooms were poorly lit with portions being without lights and many parts were flooded due to leaks in the roof leading the tiles to be extremely slippery and hazardous. The room was outdated and not cleaned properly as the sheets and towels had hair on them. When the room was cleaned on the first night it appears that the housekeeper left the door open leading to many rain flies being dead on the bed and...

“The hotel’s location was excellent and made it very convenient to get around and explore the island. The food was also enjoyable, with a good variety and quality throughout my stay. However, the staff could have been more welcoming and attentive. While they were professional, the level of warmth and hospitality was lacking, which affected the overall experience. With friendlier customer service, this hotel would be an even better place to stay.”

“I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....
