"Best hotel in the heart of Buffalo! Always very clean, modern, with wonderful staff and service. We like being able to walk to dinner nearby and parking nearby as well is very convenient. The only place we stay when we visit! "

"Facilities were very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The washroom was a little bit old ( didnt look as newly renovated as the rest of the room) but it was clean so no complaints. My only gripe is that the grab and go breakfast was not very good. All they had were muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal and coffee/tea"

"We walked in and the place had a weird smell. Got to the room opened the door and the room smelt so badly of must and mold. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and there was a visitor in the bathroom ( roach ) . I still haven't received my deposit back yet either. They said it would take 3 to 5 business days and it's been more than that. Extremely unprofessional!"
