“Amazing place. Will for sure stay again.”

“Check in was prompt and easy. The room was a comfortable temperature. The shower had plentiful, hot, soft water...so nice after a long day! The only nitpicking I can do is mention that the hairdryer was missing from its' designated holder. And there was no toilet roll holder. Neither had the least affect on my stay! A great bargain for the price.”

“Very comfortable hotel. The fluorescent lighting in the room is harsh and potentially uncomfortable for some people. The complimentary breakfast is satisfactory. Instant oatmeal is available but cooked oatmeal wood be much more satisfying and healthier.”

“It was average”

“Staff was helping”

“It was a very nice property.”

“Interior and exterior needs updating.”

“Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. We were biking the Erie Canal Trail from Syracuse to Amsterdam NY and it was very convenient, close to trail and owner insisted on having our bikes inside. Loved it!!!”

And that's not even talking about the beer bottle caps left on the room floor, the general layer of filth everywhere, the wet towels left from the previous guest, the rusted out showerhead, or the mouse poop behind the nightstand. The staff are really nice people, it's just a very dirty...
