“Everything was phenomenal, customer service was 10/10”

“The room was very clean and the staff was attentive. Everything was great from the time we checked in until we left. We were greeted with a clean towel and cocktails, which was very nice after a long flight. Would definitely recommend or return to stay.”

“Incredible place”

“First class all the way.”

“Great staff and great location we were close to everything we wanted to do & the property provides bikes/golf cart rides for free.”

“The condo was beautiful and immaculate! We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be returning next year! Special praise to all including Brenda and all the friendly staff members of the Tides! We appreciate everything!”

If you remain clean room without cookies crumb, they won’t show up. Ants there were not harmful, just want their meal. This resort provided free shuttle to their own beach in Grace Bay,...
