“The bath tub/shower drain was clogged the first day we got in and took a shower. Also there was roaches in drinking glass locker in the kitchen. I'll post my pics on social media of both shower water in the tub while taking a shower that wasn't going down and roaches in locker. This was the worst trip and resort ever!! I felt my vacation that cost over 5 thousand money was a waste!! I'll never recommend booking with Expedia again.”

“We stayed at 1st floor for four nights. Room rates in Providenciales would be very high, but here was very reasonable. Friendly staff in front desk and beach. Breakfast was not bad, you never got boiled egg if enjoy late meal. One demerit was small ant in room, I claimed, housekeeper removed and gave bug spray. “Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Pool was amazing. Staff helped with all the necessities that we needed. Complementary breakfast was a plus. Cottages were clean and spacious. The only thing that I would have liked different is having curtains in the kitchen area. It would make you have a little more privacy at night as anyone can see in the kitchen. Other than that, resort is a great place to stay.”
