"Lovely and stylish boutique hotel in a top location. The staff is young, motivated, and super friendly; the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, beds comfortable. If your room goes to the street, count on some noise at night - Via Tornabuoni is much frequented and there are street musicians. However, the location is top, this is the nicest and most expensive shopping street in all of Florence, and the staff went above and beyond for us to feel comfortable. "

"Beautiful hotel! Very clean and spacious room. It was four of us-me, my husband and our two kids (6 and 13 yrs). There was enough area in the room for all of us. It is loft style so there is a bed upstairs and one downstairs. It is right in front of the tram station so if you need to go anywhere just hop on the tram. We walked a lot and it was easy walk to Duomo, Uffizi and other central area. Lot of restaurants near by the hotel. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Florence next time. "
