“Every thing was amazing”

“Front desk staff was rude, spotted big cockroaches around the property, vending machine was out of order, additional surcharges for daily house keeping, rarely any complementary refreshments available. This property is falsely advertised we learned that it is not a hotel resort it’s private owned timeshare’s upon checking in for my accommodation booking for queen size studio suite room with ocean view balcony as we received our room the balcony did not have ocean view it was a city view instead...

“I love staying at the Ritz in st Thomas. More than anything we enjoy the employees. They are always helpful and make the trip worth it. I traveled there 2 years ago and I noticed several cut backs and things that they could improve on. For instance the serve the same food every single day for breakfast potatoes, bacon/sausage and eggs. They need to add pancakes and French toast because the food gets boring. The have different options for the lunch/ dinner snacks but again not very family kid...

“My wife and I were treated very well by all of the staff here. Josh, Michelle, Joy, and others went above and beyond while we stayed here. We were given helpful ideas of places to go and things to do. The amenities here were great. We utilized the beach, the pool, and the restaurant. The beach was very clean and the water here was crystal clear. My wife and i swam and snorkeled almost everyday. We saw all the characters from Finding Nemo (except Bruce) and we saw 4 turtles on our last morning....

“This place has not been updated in years. -Nothing was open in the hotel. No restaurant, no bar, even the pay on your own snack bar had absolutely nothing, not even a water. No airport shuttles as advertised. -I would never recommend staying here. Not even if it was free. -The cost of the taxi to the airport is the same price as if you were on the other side of the island. -Ocean front room I rented has a major road in front of the ocean. Loud all night”
