"The Van der Valk Hotel Paris CDG Airport was one of the nicest airport hotels I have stayed in. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I only wish we could have stayed longer! One small tip: if you normally use a face cloth or loofah, bring your own.
The only downside was the airport shuttle service. The van was too small to accommodate everyone, both when we arrived around 9:30 p.m. and when we returned to the airport the next morning. We had a long wait upon arrival, and the next morning we were glad we had allowed extra time because some passengers could not fit on the van. The drivers, however, were very pleasant and patient throughout.
Overall, a lovely hotel with comfortable accommodations and friendly service, but the shuttle service could use improvement."
