Superb customer service and attentive staff. Place was clean and quiet. The hotel is a bit away from the city center but we had no issues getting Grab.

Spent 3 nights at the Sunny Pool Villa, and happy to say that everything met or exceed our expectations. The staff were always friendly and helpful; beds were comfortable; room was clean; pool was refreshing. Breakfast wasn't overly impressive, but still satisfactory. Minors drawbacks include being a little far from the main strip, and the chickens on neighboring properties who like to crow at first light. Overall, a great stay!

The properties are very good but the elevators aren’t very convenient because it is usually very busy and packed and parking in the parking garage can be very expensive as you have to pay each time you leave.

Our family was pleasantly surprised, we were expecting a nice hotel, but this was beyond our expectations. The resort staff were extremely attentive and the resort was highly maintained. There is an outdoor and indoor play area for kids that was great, and the pool was great too. The waves coming in off the South China Sea were rough so we did not spend time on the beach, but the view was nice. I love the place definetly i will come back again with my family in the right season. The crew is very helpful & smile. Crew hospitality is the main thing. Lugguage barrier should have a crew that really knowledgable about english because sometimes even you have google translate they very hard to understand the word you try to explain. Overall Excellent.

My stay with Apec Mandala was fantastic. It was a breath taken moment how beautiful the entire resort is. They also have multiple swimming pools to accommodate individual taste. Highly recommended this place.

Wonderful stay, the property is really great, there is security guard at the door opening for all guests. Every single one is super polite. Easy to rent bike around, easy access to the beach and everything. Kiddy pool was a blast, sauna was cool too. We utilized all the amenities offered. The apartment itself is clean and appliances are nice. We like the fact there is a washing machine onsite. Cute decoration!
