"The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was disappointing as there was no way to keep the running to have constant ventilation. So we either were too cold by keeping the temperature low for constant air flow, or too warn by raising the temperature when we got too cold. Rather disappointing for an otherwise quality hotel"

"I stay here often and the staff is very friendly and accommodating every time. It would be nice to have updated rooms though. The decor is tired and old in many of the rooms I have stayed in but rooms are always clean. The Beekman products are really top notch. The restaurant staff were also very helpful and seated me where I could have my breakfast with my dog. I have stayed at other hotels in Ann Arbor and I still prefer to stay at the Kensington."

"This was a clean, comfortable space in the perfect location. It was walkable to campus, downtown, and nearby to my favorite cafes, bookstores, and shops. I was able to cook in the kitchenette and relax in a way that was more homey than a hotel, and didn't need a car to get around. The Ann Arbor Fall Festival was steps away. Touring the Big House was a highlight of our weekend!"
