I needed somewhere to break my journey walking along the towpath of the Trent-Mersey canal, and this motel is only a mile north of the canal, at the midway point between the Anderton Boat Lift and the end of the canal at Preston Brook. I don't think I would have been able to complete the walk without its being where it is. Facilities were good (like an Extended Stay property, with a kitchen; bed was comfortable; convenience shop nearby was a bonus. ”

“Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are modern and spacious and extremely clean. For those working away from home there is a comfortable work space in the rooms and in the main reception area. All the staff were polite and helpful. There was a problem with my booking, i had booked a year ahead ! but this was resolved with the help of the staff-would stay here again :-)”
