“Stayed 6 nights in an overwater bungalow as part of a long trip to the islands of both Hawaii and French Polynesia. She did a great job to prepare my husband surprise present. The room was spotless the restaurant was great. The bar was fun,many nights were live music on. “The resort was above and beyond our expectations. The breakfast buffet was outstanding - especially the fresh pastries and the omelette bar manned by Heinz. The snorkeling right off shore was fabulous. If we ever are able to return to Moorea, we will definitely stay at the Sofitel Kia Ora again!”

“Really nice small hotel with an excellent restaurant. Nice pool right on a small sandy beach with some pretty good coral beds right there. Beautiful setting near top of cooks bay. Room had a funny smell but staff was great in trying to address it. ”

“We were only here one night, so it was sufficient. There was no hot water at all when we showered. There is also no pool here, so not much to do other than walk around. We got there at 11:00 & were told they could check with housekeeping, but it was 50% of the room rate to check in early, so we didn’t! We did get in around 2:00 though! The front desk staff was super helpful & friendly. ”
