“Pros: good location, clean, new. Cons: This is a very, very basic room. There was a desk, but no outlets to plug in a laptop, and no lights on or above the desk. No amenities like a coffee maker, toiletries (a bar of soap or tissues would be nice), microwave or refrigerator. Yet there was an ironing board in the closet, but no iron, and there was an ice maker in the hallway, but no ice bucket. No restaurant on site. “Wonderful property with access to swim in pool or area in Laguna to snorkel and see beautiful fish, eels and turtles. Great restaurants, entertainment and shows. But take your own blow dryer because theirs was like blow drying your hair on a very low setting. The drains are very slow so a 5 to 10 minute shower will incur water about 2 inches of standing water. I contacted the staff about this issue and they send maintenance but nothing was done to fix the issue. I loved the views and resort but...
