“our ice machine was out of order for 7 days. our building had 3 fire alarms that were not being fixed at different parts of our stay...one day it was at a time we are needing a nap. we put our garbage out to be picked up by staff and they walked right over it. the room said sleeps 5 and it only sleeps 4...of which we upgraded to a room that sleeps 5... and paid more. mt. olympus needs a caretaker to clean up it's properties”

“It was great clear environment convenient. I was feeling happy and then very nice. ”

“The room was spacious the staff was very friendly and would say hi to you when you walked past them and the tv had your name on it and you could also log onto your Netflix and prime video account and eat your show while on vacation which is pretty awesome because when I would do to a different hotel you should need to watch it on your phone those steaming services”

“Pool across the street was small, but nice and quiet. Bathrooms in the rooms are ridiculously small! Basically enough room to stand in them (the sink is outside the bathroom). Soap and shampoo dispensers were both empty. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for breakfast first morning. Second morning we knew to not even bother to try to get any. Getting coffee and Starbucks inside restaurant was also impossible on Saturday morning as workers were there and acknowledged us, but never came to wait...

“Took 3 kids all 7 and under and we had a blast. It might be boring for teens.”

“Very comfortable bed. Room was large with microwave , fridge, sink and coffee maker. Balcony opened up to a great view of the lake. Great handmade bagel place right on the premises. Plenty of lunch and dinner spots close by. Be sure to book a cruise while you’re there. Short walk and plenty of options.”

“Property was adequate. Don’t think I’d stay there again. There are newer hotels/resorts in the area. ”

“Rented 5 rooms for family. Everything was perfect except that all 5 room floors were dirty. Walking on the floors turned everyone’s (17 people) feet black. Recommend providing each room with a broom and dustpan to sweep up the sand that gets tracked in. Rooms were clean otherwise. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. 4 pillows per bed. All 5 families said they would definitely stay again.”

“Overall had a fantastic experience for a sister’s weekend! Would however like more detailed information on getting around the resort as we often left early to try and find where we were going.”

“When we arrived at check-in, the line of people waiting for their rooms grew out the door. After waiting, we were given a key and proceeded to the room. With my baby in tow, we entered…only to find a man and some belongings inside. The concierge had given us access to a room with someone already in it! Poor guy was in the bathroom and probably as startled as we were. Back at the desk, a staff member looked up new rooms, but seemed more occupied with the line behind us than the mistake....

“We go every year, and this year was completely different. Usually we get there and staff at front desk is attentive and on it. This time as we got there, they told us that they were having trouble trying to find our booking. Once they found it they gave us the key to a room where there was still people in. We immediately went back to tell the staff, and they had no idea why there was people still there, or what rooms where occupied or weren’t. The coffee machine was down the whole stay and the...
