"The outside grounds of this hotel are beautiful! The location is also very convenient. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and kind, though I don't know what their English speaking capabilities are since I speak Mandarin. However, the walls of the rooms are paper thin. I could hear every TV show, alarm, and conversation in the room next to me. Being in my room was not relaxing at all. The rooms also have no windows, which was very disappointing. "upgraded to a fantastic suite with terrific view on the executive floor. checked in after 1:30 am and they were very gracious. Had only booked the hotel for 2 nights so the next day tried to extend another 4 nights and was told all rooms were booked. After great help from the manager and ms. fosuzen at the front desk, we were able to negotiate for a special price to continue to use the suite. Suzen had a smile on her face the whole way. Will certainly stay there again next time."
