My room was amazing noise level was very peaceful, desk clerk Mr Adam was more than helpful he went above and beyond for any questions or concerns. I left 2 items after checking out and I called he went to the room and gathered them for me! He deserves a dang ol raise!

I got one room it was dirty and stunk so I got another room and it was still dirty but not as bad. Staff very kind but they are not keeping up on the rooms as they should. My toilet was clogged for like 20 minutes and they didn’t even have a toilet plunger.

Decent stay

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. My only issue is the pool area. The chlorine was so strong my eyes kept burning and watering. Couldn't open the windows to even air it out

Meh. I would not stay here again. Pillows and towels were stained or not clean. It was very loud and the whole place was humid and smelled like chlorine. We were only staying one night after a wedding, so it got the job done. Check in staff was very nice.

This hotel was clean. I had noisy neighbors because it was the holiday weekend so I didn't mind that too much. The free breakfast wasn't my taste...waffles and cereal. No coffee maker in the room. Microwave in the room didn't work. But I was there for a different purpose, so the room worked just fine for me.

This property clearly does a bunch of long term stays. It’s not the cleanest or nicest hotel you’ll ever stay in, but the staff is very friendly and it’s a great price in a good enough neighborhood if you have any business to do in the Detroit area. I would stay here again.

Extremely dirty and unsanitary. Unsafe - exterior back door to building does not shut and residents that live in hotel come and go frequently. Mold stains in bathroom. Unidentifiable substance on ceilings and what can only be described as blood trails leaving down the hallway into the stairwell. Did not feel safe here and left shortly after checking in. They were very nice and did not charge us, so there’s that.
