"I paid for all the rates at Hotels.com and stayed here for four days. However, when I confirmed after checking out, I confirmed that the hotel charged again to my deposit credit card. So I called the hotel and hotel said it was a simple deposit, and it would be refunded it later. But this doesn't make sense. I have stayed at many hotels over the years, but I have never actually paid with my credit card for deposit. I stayed at 6 hotels on this trip, but they did just save my credit card information and did not actually charge me this way. Furthermore, if it was a deposit, the payment should have been canceled immediately after check-out, but the payment was not canceled until I asked over the phone. So I can't believe that the hotel charged for a simple deposit, and I don't know if it's a simple mistake or intentional by an employee. "

"가족과 함께라 주방이 있는 점 너무 좋았습니다. 조리도구가 상당히 갖춰져 있는 점도 너무 좋았습니다. 도마가 없어서 좀 불편했고. 호텔 전화로 프론트와 연결하려면 상당한 인내가 필요합니다. 수건은 매일 제공되지 않습니다. 5박 당 한번의 룸 청소와 수건 교체가 됩니다. 그리고 리조트의 마트는 제품에 가격이 없습니다. 마트 직원에게 문의했더니 매번 물어봐야 알 수 있다고 했습니다. 이유는 제품의 가격이 매일 변동되기 때문에 가격표시가 없다고 했습니다. 2024년에 이해할수 없는 판매 정책입니다. 작은 상점에서 가격 표시를 하지 않는 이유를 알 수 없습니다."
