"Hotel overall is good, the decor and style is lovely, location is perfect. Couple of gripes though the first being woken at 6am each morning due to delivery lorries and noise from other rooms. Second the service in the attached restaurant was not great took an hour for our meal to come amd breakfast was not much quicker! "

"Don’t stay here! The elevator was broken and according to one of the staff it’s broken down quite often. Staff weren’t nice, in fact they were rude. Savannah is a filthy place with vagrants everywhere!"

"Best part of the experience was the staff. They were friendly and helpful and above and beyond. The staircases were dirty. The room was passable on cleanliness. They never came to clean our room for 4 nights. Not the management’s fault but the neighborhood was very noisy all weekend. I mean maybe they could done more sound insulation. "
