"Once you figure out the entrance to this hotel (a 7Eleven next to a BMW dealership), you will appreciate how great its location is. The hotel feels new. The rooms are great. The staff is friendly. Having a cafe and a 7Eleven downstairs is very convenient. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Busan again."

"This hotel was in a greát location for us as part of our journey through South Korea. Great restaurant/bar on the 25th floor. Unfortunately the pool was not in use but just sitting by it with a drink in the evening was lovely. Staff very attentive, everything about the stay at this hotel went smoothly and efficiently from check-in to check out."

The staff was accommodating when we asked for a fan since we needed cooler temp from what was maintained in the hotel. Loved the stay there."

"- Great location - Club Lounge staff amazing. - 30,000krw for 2 hours to use a Cabana by the pool is ridiculous, across 10 days we did not see a single person use them. - Closing the pool for 1 hr at Midday and 10 minutes every hr on the hr is odd. - The 3 outdoor pools/spas were out of action for 3 days"
