“For a house with 12 rooms to serve, there was not enough staff available to tend to the hotel; they directed their attention to the restaurant on the ground level and ignored the hotel guests. We didn’t have Internet connection and had to call 3 times (leaving a detailed voicemail twice) before getting someone live, an hour and a half after my initial call and coincidentally when the restaurant patrons were gone. The explanation I got was they don’t have a big enough server for everyone....
