"Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, but the room was freezing when we checked in. It warmed up eventually, but wouldn’t it be nice if they turned the heat on when they knew someone was going to be staying in that room?"

"Pool was so disgusting… even the kids wouldn’t get in to swim. There was a dirty pooped diaper left laying and the whole room smelled like it. The pool was extremely dirty. No shampoo or conditioner in the room which wasn’t a big deal. We stayed here during a basketball tournament so the kids could swim and we were really disappointed. "

We didnt pay a lot for the room so my expectations were not high, but the cleanliness issues made it so we wouldnt go back in the future. "
