The room was clean and cozy, the bathroom very nice. The hotel is in a good position and the staff was very helpful. We were a group of friends and this hotel saved our holiday after we had a bad experience in another place the previous night. A very sought-after place.

-the handicapped room was very clean -this room was spacious -as a handicap person I had no place to put my luggage but on the floor. -There is a very tiny table for a tea/coffee maker, info, cup for water, stationary and a little chair. Again, useless for me. -Needs some improvements to be a useful handicap room. The overall hotel facilities were wonderful and the staff very helpful.

Very good location for exploring Dublin with great bus and tram service nearby . The hotel was clean and very quiet at night What I didn’t like was being unable to open a window for fresh air , in the muggy weather we had the room was way too hot and stuffy

Great hotel in a nice area. Rooms were comfortable and the staff very helpful. Only gripe was having a double bed against a wall, so one of us couldn’t get out of bed easily.

Great place to stay if you aren't opposed to walking to all the places to explore. Very modern and nice, clean rooms and bathrooms, and comfortable, and quiet! Staff are very nice and helpful, the bar with live music at night is a good time, and food options are very accommodating. Can't comment on the parking outside on the one way street, because we didn't drive, but it was not any trouble for us to walk every from Guinness to Grafton Street to Trinity College, etc. Only complaint, wast the thermostat did not have much range for adjustment. It was locked out at a high and low settting that was not ideal for our sleeping room temp. Otherwise, highly recommend if you don't mind walking, but taxis are easily and affordably available. If you stay, DEFINITELY go to Cobblestone just around the corner!!! Locals' pub, TRADITIONAL Irish music, and great experience with the locals too. A+

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Dublin. The room was small but comfortable and well-equipped, with comfy beds and a clean bathroom and great shower. Staff were nice and helpful, and the bar area had a nice feel to it. My only negative is that there are no vegan breakfast options (just fruit and hash browns apparently) and breakfast is over 16 Euros so we ended up going out for breakfast. Luckily there’s a lovely cafe two minutes away called Third Space who do a very nice vegan breakfast. Apart from that I would definitely stay again.

Great location as it was close to a tram station, restaurants, local attractions, and even a Tescos where we were able to get snacks. Hotel staff were great to deal with, and I was able to pre-check in which was great as we had a late flight getting into Dublin.

These rooms are TINY. Micro-rooms. But they are well thought out and extremely clean. Beds were very comfortable. The location could not be more perfect. We arrived in the morning, well before check-in. They took our luggage and kept it safe while we toured the city. Would absolutely stay here again.
