"The continental breakfast had a lot of options and everything was very good. The Tiki bar was great and Gonzo took good care of us. The restaurant had a wonderful variety and the food was good. The nightly entertainment was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Unfortunately I had a bad experience regarding a fish I ate at the restaurant on property. It was spoiled and I ended up having to go to a nearby hospital due to the terrible spoiling effects of the food."

"Our room was very clean. However the light in the kitchenette wasn’t working and made it challenging to see what we were doing. We relied on the sunlight. No frying pan. No propane grills available only old charcoal grills and they didn’t provide any provisions for the grill. WIFI spotty, unable to watch t.v. because it kept buffering, we decided to use our 5G on our phone. Pool water looked dark, not sure why, didn’t use it. I will say there was a gentleman with long wavy hair by the catamaran that was SUPER knowledgeable and helpful about the snorkeling trip! I think she was the office manager, who let us borrow beach chairs, which meant we didn’t have to buy them. Housekeeping staff nice and accommodating. Plenty of linens including beach towels. The cooler that was provided was super helpful! Bring your own toiletries. If you opened the sliding glass doors you can hear the traffic noise."
