"This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn. "Fantastically clean rooms with safes for valuables; kettle, iron and board, tea and coffee, hairdryer and locely large samsung TV. Lighting in the rooms is thoughtful. Bathroom was pristine. Customer service could not be better. All staff were so helpful and attentive. The pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were excellent and very clean and hygienic. Breakfast buffet was diverse and can cater for vegetarian cooked breakfasts if ordered in advance although there are plenty of buffet options that are meat free too. The fresh fruit looked particularly appetising. Wifi worked well everywhere."
