Very hospitable welcome! Good communication from the Owner/manager and Front desk clerk. Requested a lower room floor in advance and received. Clean room. Hot water and good water pressure from the shower. Good value! Enjoyed our 2) two night stay. Recommend staying at Super 8 Duncan.

Totally Amazing, As Always!!! The owners are Always so accommodating and try to offer me Everything that I request and the rooms and hotel, in general, is Always clean!!! They Always address me with a Hello and ask me if there is anything needed every time they see me- Thank you for that!!!

When home is not an option

I needed a room for a night while my house was fumigated I choose the Super 8 since it was close, reasonably priced, and had good ratings and reviews on-line. Check in was smoothe, the room was clean, it even smelled clean a hard thing to do in a smoking room. The staff was all very kind pleasant made me feel welcomed. The only disappointment was hotel.com has them listed as having laundry facilities but sadly they do not. I did speak with the manager and he did say that hopefully in the near future they will have one. Still a very pleasant stay.

The owner/general manager was very helpful when he said my reservation was cancelled. I did not cancel it. He had a dirty room cleaned and got me and my wife into it. He said he had to charge me to rent the room but if Expedia contacted him he would work the refund issue out with them. Why it got cancelled is unknown but he was very helpful. Thanks you.
