The hotel has real potential,we got upgraded free of charge to a suite. However it wasnt that clean. The bed & bathroom was, but the bedside table was dusty, and where the tea & coffee is kept there was spillages which hadn’t been cleaned. Amazing location. Great room. Only issue was the milk in the fridge was off. Nice touch of providing teas etc and milk. But please check expiry date next time. Also please add clearer instructions for pre booking the parking space. Thanks
