"The staff here are the best. So friendly and helpful! We were upgraded to an apartment and it was massive. You could sleep 6! Spotless, modern and lovely. Parking was a bit of a challenge for us as US visitors but we did it :-). Highly recommend. "

"Breakfast was great, location was perfect, staff were friendly. Mattress was comfy. There was plenty of hot water and the bathroom was pleasant. Property is in need of updating, pillows need replacing, bed rattles, floorboards squeak. My room was on the 4th floor, no lift. The hotel is good value for money, I got what I paid for."
