“This house was delightful. It was spotlessly cleaned and has been completely remodeled. Everything is brand new. It light and airy and very welcoming. It has a covered patio with some deck furniture. Don’t let the limited number of reviews stop you from renting this property. I would rebook here in a heartbeat.”

A lovely snack try was provided for us when we arrived and the home was stocked with everything we would need to have a comfortable stay. My young boys loved playing in the grassy backyard and we brought some bug catching kits that were a hit with the box elder bugs we found. I highly recommend! ”

“The place was beautiful (way better than a hotel room). The only reason I docked a star was because under a side table on the outside of the kitchen, there were a ton of spider webs and spiders. Spiders freak me out. Luckily my husband easily took care of it. The guest parking sign should be more visible so people dont miss it. Or maybe put some solar lights around it so it stands out in the dark. ”

“Our son lives only 4 blocks away, so location was perfect! Also an easy work to downtown or Hyde Park section. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was especially nice to have a private, well maintained outdoor space since our weather was great. The only area in need of improvement in my opinion was the mattress. It is on the softer side which may be a problem for some people. We slept okay but would have preferred it firmer. That said, I would stay here again...
