โThe Modern is my favorite hotel in Boise. The staff is nice, the design is great, the restaurant and bar are excellent. I recommend that every one stay here, unless I am in Boise and need a room. The Modern is the illest! โ

โVery nice accommodations. Comfortable bed, very clean. A little noisy during the night from activity on the streets. Some homeless on the surrounding streets caused some feelings of unease but did not stop us from walking in the area.โ
โMy family and I booked this room after our flight was delayed, so very last minute.We ended up checking in fairly late at night. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable!โ
โReally pleased with the location - across the street from BSU and 10 minutes from Ann Morrison Park and the Boise Green Belt - also with the size of the rooms, and most of all with the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and truly seem to enjoy working here and with each other which says a lot about the management! โ

Day 2: I'm not sure if I forgot to leave a tip or if I left it. When I returned in the evening, the room hadn't been cleaned.
Day 3: I left $1 on the bed. The room hadn't been cleaned, but the money was taken (only the trash can had been emptied without new towels and no bed makeup). Later, at midnight, I found water socked wet hand towel under the bed sheet. I...
