"Parking was fine, a little tight. The location was great. The room was clean/nice. The room temperature was easy to manage. The sound of water draining from the room above woke us up in the morning. There was noise from the bar on the other side of the ally as well. I didn’t either but the person I was with was bothered by the water drip and running sound. "

"It was a wonderful stay the only thing I would share is the indoor pool and hot tub need better ventilation. Neither indoor pool or hot tub are monitored and you can tell chlorine has been dumped to the max. Every kid was coughing and gagging from the hot tub. As an adult your eyes and throat burn from being in there. They just need one window that can be opened by staff."

"Probably the best hotel in the area. We won’t stay anywhere else from now on. Valet was great! Check-in super easy. Ordered room service and received a great dinner really fast. The food was amazing! Our room was clean and very comfortable. Checking out was easy too. Overall this is an excellent hotel!"

"It was decent. I was quite shocked to see the note saying that they didn't change the bed sheets because there were personal items there. I only had my PJ there... also they didn't change the bath towels even though they changed hand towels..."

"I had booked two rooms for a Friday night until Saturday morning. My sister and I flew into Boise early that Friday morning for a service that was to start at 3 pm that afternoon. I called the hotel and asked if it was possible to check into at least 1 room early so we might grab a nap and clean up. Noah at the front desk was amazing and worked with cleaning staff to have both rooms ready for an early check in. I understand that some times this isn't possible due to the hotel being fully booked, but I feel like if there is any way to accommodate you and other guests they will. I will definitely stay here again when in Boise."

"Location was great for our needs. Room was clean. Used the gym. I appreciate smaller properties where I can quickly get to my car, front desk, etc. and this property worked out great. Staff were friendly. Would stay again"
