"The staff member who checked me in was very nice and accomodating. There is on-site parking (additional fee, but cheaper than street parking), and an elevator for guests. The overall vibe of the hotel is retro/eclectic. I liked the room colors, and some of the fun accents like old stereos. I stayed in a cabin room, and they were very clear and upfront about the fact that those rooms do not have private bathrooms. That information was shared at booking, and at check-in. I had no problem with a shared hallway bathroom, but the bathrooms could've been better maintained. In the shower I used, there was only conditioner available. The shampoo dispenser was empty, and the body wash dispenser was broken (no lever) so there was no way to get it out. The door handles to both the bathroom and hotel room stuck easily, and I had to push down hard, sometimes multiple times to get it to open or close."
